DAHA Development Manager for Cambridgeshire, Job Share 17.5 hours per week (Job Share), Salary £32,000 pro rata.

Working for Standing Together, this post will work as part of a small team whose aim will be to drive forward DAHA business development.

The DAHA Development Manager post will work as a team and share the following responsibilities. This post will be focused on housing providers in Cambridgeshire.

If you have good knowledge of housing practice and a sound understanding of domestic abuse issues and are self-motivated and committed to making a difference, we would love to hear from you.

The aim of the project is to deliver the following outcomes of the DAHA Business Development Plan in Cambridgeshire:

  1. Create workshops and tools which aid housing providers to achieve the DAHA accreditation.
  2. To promote DAHA accreditation to housing providers and to oversee the accreditation delivery plan.
  3. To promote DAHA accreditation to media and Government alongside DAHA founders.
  4. To work with second tier housing organisations to promote DAHA and to develop on going best practice in relation to domestic abuse and housing.
  5. To oversee an academic evaluation of the impact of DAHA accreditation.
  6. To train frontline housing staff on aspects of good practice in relation to domestic abuse which are key to DAHA accreditation.

Cambridge Rape Crisis - Counselling Co-ordinator

Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre is recruiting a Counselling Co-ordinator to manage and develop our counselling and talking therapies service to adult and child survivors of sexual violence. We are a small professional and passionate team of staff and volunteers dedicated to the empowerment and healing of survivors of sexual violence.

 

 

­­Main Purpose of Job:

  1. Develop, support and manage a safe, professional and accessible face-to-face counselling service for survivors of sexual violence

  2. Support and manage a team of sessional counsellors

  3. Maintain procedural and practice guidelines for the counselling service in accordance with CRCC policies, quality standards and strategic objectives

  4. Maintain service user referral and assessment procedures

  5. Ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of service provision.

 

Post details:

  • Hours: 21 hours per week. Fixed term contract until end of March 2020, with the possibility of renewal if further funding is obtained.

  • Salary: £25,440 per annum pro rata

  • Location: Cambridge City
